Overview
In a 6- to 9-month initiative, I assisted the Web Content team to migrate USO.org from an aging Ektron CMS platform to a modern bootstrap platform. This overhaul improved site performance, maintainability, and editorial workflows.

HealtheVet website. Subject Matter Expert in Liferay content management system for
the Web Content Strategy Team and lead team meetings for clients and shareholders.

Additionally, I monitored and analyzed engagement across various social media platforms to foster a strong connection with our audience. Furthermore, I took charge of managing the weekly newsletter, which is sent to our supporters, keeping them informed and engaged with our latest and updates.
