About Me

I am a Web Content Strategist and Digital Marketing Specialist

I have experience using Web Content Management Systems (CMS) to develop, update, and maintain Web pages and promote their visibility by using Search Engine Optimization strategies. I also have a background in IT troubleshooting, systems analysis, project management, Section 508 compliance, website analytics, and development of Web policies/protocols. In addition, I have experience managing multiple online marketing campaigns through email communications and social media.

While I was employed at the USO, I managed the front-end and back-end development of web pages and content for all USO web properties. I served as project lead on cross-department teams to develop and execute web and digital solutions.
I created checklists of Section 508 Compliance standards and testing guidelines. In addition, I used Google Analytics to generate reports on engagement and web traffic.

On my project with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I was the primary technical lead for troubleshooting web pages to identify and fix dead links. I led team meetings and presented analytical reports and data metrics to managers and department heads. I was also a designated point of contact for resolving technical issues on the Web Content Strategy Team.
